The International Embassy Center Complex (I.E.C.C.)
Located in Oakland, California, this is our first establishment of sovereignty here in the United States of America. Our second site is in Atlanta, Georgia, and our most recent though not final location is in Ghana, West Africa. We are pleased to announce our Ambassador in charge of the I.E.C.C. in Ghana.
MALACHI TRUST BANK is this nation’s first Humanitarian Youth Bank. The youth of this great nation have declared their independence and are calling on Malachi Trust Bank to co-author a bill for Congress to address, with the goal of having that bill on the President’s desk by October 2022 or sooner for signature into law.
MALACHI TRUST BANK is also seeking certification as a Certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). We are encouraging our Ambassadors and Trustees to pursue their own CDFI certifications as well.
All the Owners of Assets have been invited to review the wealth of information and Assets that have been set aside for those invitees to rejoice about! Our Goals have been set for this Humanitarian Youth Bank that will open doors in their lifetime that shall never be closed again! We are the TRUST for the "Redistribution of Wealth (R.O.W.) Program for all Mankind.

After many years of bringing quality youth programs to the United States of Oakland, we have decided, for the first time, to introduce initiatives that address the needs of our youth and community projects in real time.
What we bring to the table is more than a fleeting effort it is the depth of experience, forged with spiritual conviction, and the unwavering belief that God has a greater plan for all of us.
What we give them is better than what they might choose for themselves, so in the long run, their decisions become their own responsibilities. We can assure them that we’ve made changes too we listen more, and we offer solutions, not ultimatums.
We are not always right, but we’ve been where they are headed, and we know there is no future in that direction. Still, we believe that changing something without first putting something better in its place is not a solution we could live with either.
We are not making these statements to confuse the issues, but rather to find some sense of normalcy in the midst of attitudes shaped by a lack of opportunitiesparticularly in creating jobs as part of the final steps toward success. Giving them “better” is not always as straightforward as it sounds.
Turning a life around is a deliberate choice one that leans more on obedience than on sacrifice. Every decision we make should give back to the community rather than take from it. Preparing our youth for the workforce and helping them manage their lifestyle is an excellent start, but it only works when we are truly serious, motivated, and committed to showing up.
Here's how we're getting the word out... by analyzing the facts before mistakes are made! We only give advice when asked, our youth need help not a handout! Guns are not things of our past, they're a part of our future!
The youth that stays with us throughout the entire program is considered to be "In the Zone" for more than one reason they have learned how to develop a sense of humility for all mankind!
