After many years of bringing many quality Youth Programs to the United States of Oakland, we decided to offer for the first time programs that shall address the needs of our youth community projects that address their needs in real-time!
(1). Job training for youth that will be aging out of foster care facilities and shall be at-risk with the possibility of serving hard time at a County Jail or Federal facility way before their time to develop a better outlook for their lives.
(2). We will create a full-time business atmosphere that will give them open opportunities that will meet them more than halfway, through their struggles and serve as a buffer between Drugs and the likelihood of being caught up with gang violence and making the wrong choices.
(3). Notebooks for Guns wouldn't be popular unless it is reinforced with better long-term solutions that feed off life rather than death!
(4). Our approach is different because our team of veteran fighters that have seen more than their society has misled these youth thus far!
What we bring to the table is more than a one-night stand, the availability of experience. forged with the spiritual sanctity to know that God has a better plan for all of us!
What we give them is better than what they serve to themselves, so in the long run, their choices become their responsibilities, and we can assure them that we've made some changes too! We listen more and offer solutions and not ultimatums... We're not always right, we've been where they're headed and it has no future in that direction for them! Yet changing something without first placing something better in its place is not a solution we could live with either!
We are not making these statements to confuse the issues, just finding some normality in the midst of all the attitudes that have not been offered much, by way of creating jobs within the final acts of success! Giving them better is not all that it's set up to be! To turn a life around is a business decision that borders on obedience and not sacrifices! Every decision gives back to a community rather than taking away from it! Preparing our youth for the workforce and managing their lifestyle is a great start, but only when we're serious and motivated to show up!
Here's how we're getting the word out... by analyzing the facts before mistakes are made! We only give advice when asked, our youth need help not a handout! Guns are not things of our past, they're a part of our future!
The youth that stays with us throughout the entire program is considered to be "In the Zone" for more than one reason they have learned how to develop a sense of humility for all mankind!
